The Grinberg Method
The Grinberg Method proposes a structure of learning through the body, and thus to increase the capacity to pay attention. A variety of tools such as techniques of touch, movement, breathing, physical exercises and exercises of descriptions is used for the purpose to learn to recognise, and be able to control patterns that limits us or causes physical damage.
Reflexology uses the application of pressure points to the feet with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques, and is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet.
CTM is a manual reflex therapy based on a model that assumes a reflex effect on the autonomic nervous system, which is induced by manipulating the fascial layers within and beneath the skin.
The transfer of energy that is generated by the imposition of the hands on the recipient.
